The brief
Teams split their day between a task board, a time tracker, a chat app and a meetings tool — four subscriptions, four sources of truth. Agami folds them into one workspace: panels and swimlanes for work, timers started from the task itself, chat with presence, and WebRTC video calls without leaving the app.
The build
An installable web app that works offline and pings you when something needs attention. Everything is live — what you see is what everyone sees, the moment it happens, without a refresh. Subscriptions, billing and transactional email were built in from the start: a product ready to take customers, not a prototype.
The signature
The command palette. A text-first command language — add tasks, start timers, change permissions, leave comments — entirely from the keyboard. Agami was built keyboard-first years before it was fashionable, and the platform ran Prime Labs' own project work daily.
The long game
Three years of sustained development took Agami from an idea to a private beta with billing ready to take money and legal pages ready to launch. It ran Prime Labs' own project work daily — the strongest quality bar a product can face. Agami is where the studio's platform craft — shared workspaces, real-time sync, subscriptions — was first forged.
